Salem Wood is a lovely community and offers a great environment for pets.

The pet policy is as follows:

• 2 pet limit
• 1 pet = $250.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
• 2 pet = $350.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
• Certain breeds of dogs are restricted, including: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and dogs mixed with any one of the above
• No reptiles
• No ferrets
